Truu Cannabis cultivation center is featured in video series promoting the launch of Lansing’s Redemption cannabis brand
PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LANSING, MICHIGAN: 2 March 2020
Two of Lansing’s cannabis businesses are part of a new video series focused on a behind-the-scenes look at cannabis processors and cultivators in Michigan.
The videos promote the launch of Ryan Basore’s Redemption family of cannabis products, which is new to the adult use and medical cannabis consumer market for 2020. The video release coincides with the publication of the Redemption Cannabis Company’s website, www.redemptioncanna.com
Basore was awarded a social equity grant from Gage Cannabis Company due to his federal incarceration in 2013 for cannabis offenses. A logo for Basore’s old company, Capital City Caregivers, is featured in the video, as are some of the newspaper headlines from his trial and sentencing.
“A portion of each sale of a Redemption product will go to a fund to help victims of the War on Drugs,” Basore said. “Redemption Cannabis Company is setting the standard of what it means to give back to the community. It’s a mission all our partners are committed to.”
One video in the series features Truu Cannabis from Lansing, with footage shot on location in their cultivation facility. Other videos feature Driven Grow of Frederick, Real Leaf Cultivators and Fresh Coast Extracts, both from Kalkaska.
The Redemption website and video series is available online beginning March 3. Due to international shipping obstacles the launch of the Redemption product line will come shortly after, according to Basore, CEO of Lansing-based Redemption.
Principals from all companies are available for telephone or video interviews and video of cultivation/processing facilities is welcome by verified media sources. Please coordinate all inquiries through the media contact person.
